About this event

  • 2 hours

During the hour and a half we will spend together I will teach you what medicinal herbs are available at this time of year.

I will show you how to identify them, harvest them, what they can be used for and how to use them.

There is plenty of time to forage yourself too.

The South Downs is a perfect place to forage and find some amazing herbs that have medicinal uses ranging from immune boosting to heart healing.

Join me as i show you the magical bounty of this beautiful place.

Please note - parking is free at Lancing Ring. Wear weather appropriate clothes as we will go ahead if it rains. The walk will only be cancelled if extreme weather.

Also the downs are hilly and can be rough ground.
