It’s Summer! Time to relax and unwind. Join Stephen from Just be Mindful for a beautiful, nourishing morning of mindfulness meditation practice at An Creagan - nestled at the foot of the Sperrins.
The 2-hour session is a gentle invitation to stop ‘doing’ and start ‘being’.
Guided practises will include:
sitting meditation to help notice and settle the wandering mind by consciously focusing on the breath
a mindful eating practise to notice how much of life is experienced on ‘autopilot’
walking meditation (outdoors) to reawaken the senses and to nurture joy
a body scan practice or deep relaxation to notice what is physically present in the various regions of the body and to respond skilfully to what’s being experienced
mindfulness of thinking practise to recognise and allow thoughts to come and go as clouds in the sky
