What’s the difference between Self Pace, Digital and Full Experience?

Self-paced includes a wellbeing box with daily prompts only (no online support). Digital includes digital download coaching tools, access to live sessions, and group support. The Full experience includes live sessions, online support, and a beautifully curated wellbeing box posted to you.

What’s in the wellbeing box?

A personalised journal, affirmation token, reflection game, personalised mug, mini diffuser, and a few thoughtful surprises.

Do I need to attend the live Zooms?

No — live sessions are optional and recorded, so you can watch them in your own time.

How much time will I need each day?

Around 10–15 minutes a day for reflection, plus 1 hour weekly for the live session (optional).

When does the challenge start?

The challenge begins on 1st Aug and runs for 30 days. You’ll receive all materials in time to begin.
