Frequently asked questions

What Happens?

You will be guided initially with breathing and relaxation exercises, and then you will be given time to just soak in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls.

I struggle to relax and meditate.

This is very common, however just being in the room with music will help to calm your nervous system. We have around 70,000 thoughts a day, it would be impossible to turn them off. However, bringing your attention back to the sounds and your breath with compassion for yourself will help you relax.
