WELCOME TO ABHEDASHRAM

Summer Residential Programme

Friday 7thJuly –Sunday 9thJuly 2017

Atma Bodha- Knowing The Self

Welcome to our Summer residential weekend, a chance for you to learn how regular meditation and Hatha Yoga can enhance your life and well being, and further develop your spiritual practice by increasing the depth of your knowledge and experience.

The necessity of Atma Bodha, knowing The Self, is important so that we know what we are, beyond the body, mind and senses. Whilst we are clearly aware that we possess this body matrix we need to realise that which supports it. Knowing this is Atma Bodha. This divine knowledge transforms our lives, how we live with our body, the world and The Self.

Please refer to our website for rules and regulation expected for residential programmes.

Cost of £150 per person for the Residential stay payable when booking.

This does not include Dakshina/monetary support for the programme teacher. Please make this as a seperate donation in an envelope in the programme. It's an expression of our respect and gratitude for the teachers and the teachings given which has to support the teacher for the whole year.

GURUPURNIMA CELEBRATION 10:30 am SUNDAY 9th July

Those who are unable to attend the residential weekend are welcome and invited to attend the

Gurupunima celebration at 10:30am and later lunch.

Dakshina/donations, fruits and flowers are normally offered on this day for the teacher and Ashram.

We need your kind support. Please donate generously to help maintain and ensure the survival of the Ashram.
