Welcome
A warm welcome to our FREE event in nature, which includes drinks snacks and lunch. It is focused around needs of women who have migrated to the UK, is very relaxed with opportunities for walks on private land, chats, crafts, food and fun.
We will be based in a natural haven in the midst of Brighton and Hove.
Theme of Nature
Please share with us what nature means to you, your
memories of nature in your country of origin, your tips for enjoying nature, any ideas of what you’d like to make using natural produce from the Plot.
Participants
The course is aimed at the needs of Young Women aged 13-26.

Who are we: a team of experienced creative and therapeutic workers:

So if you have migrated to the UK for humanitarian reasons, are here to study,
are a refugee or an asylum seeker please do come along.
Tickets are free and we would encourage you to book in advance, as if you are new to Sensing Friends' events we will need to register you via an online call or a phone call.

Lunch will have vegetarian/vegan options and be centred around your dietary needs. There will be pudding, hot drinks and biscuits.
Any creative/making exercises are optional.
