Join the Public Engagement team for an online session tailored to potential exhibitors. During this meeting, you will gain insights into the application process and have the chance to ask any questions you might have. The call for proposals is now open and will close on 8 October 2025.
Call for proposals:If your team has cutting edge research that you would like to share with the public, submit your proposal to be part of the Royal Society’s Summer Science Exhibition from 30 June - 5 July 2026.
Applications can be made individually or in collaboration, led by a senior researcher based in the UK. Exhibitors may wish to jointly submit proposals with their collaborators and other research groups, and include undergraduates and students as part of their exhibit team for a great learning opportunity.
