Absolutely! This workshop is designed for anyone, regardless of experience with nature-based practices. The approach is based on natural wisdom that your heart already knows. No prior knowledge required—just an open mind and willingness to try something different

What if I can't attend the live session?

Accepted Answer

While we highly recommend attending live for the full interactive experience and community connection, all registered participants receive access to the workshop recording. You'll also get all the digital materials, so you won't miss out on the core content.

Question 3

Do I need any special equipment or materials?

Accepted Answer

Just a computer or device with internet access, a quiet space where you can focus, and something to write with. We'll ask you to find a small stone or meaningful object from your home for our closing ritual.  All workshop materials are provided digitally before the session to all who register

How is this different from other stress management workshops?

Accepted Answer

Most stress management focuses on fighting against challenges or forcing yourself to feel different. Our approach works WITH natural cycles—the Summer Solstice, moon phases, and seasonal rhythms. It's based on observing how nature demonstrates resilience, making the practice feel natural not forced.

What if my summer plans have already been made? Can I still benefit?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! The tools and perspectives you'll learn can be applied to any summer experience, whether it's already planned or spontaneous. Many participants find that having these tools actually helps them enjoy pre-existing plans more fully by reducing anxiety and increasing their sense of agency.
