The Bartlett Summer Show 2024 Launch Party

This year’s Bartlett Summer Show Launch Party is set to take place at the cutting-edge event space, HERE at Outernet on Friday 21 June, 18:00–23:30. Located a short walk from 22 Gordon Street, HERE at Outernet is known for its innovative design and immersive digital experiences. Its state-of-the-art facilities provide the perfect backdrop to celebrate the creative output of exhibiting students.

Following the Private View at 22 Gordon Street, students, staff, friends and family are invited to celebrate the launch of the Summer Show exhibition. Speeches from school director, Amy Kulper and show opener, Narinder Sagoo MBE will be followed by prizegiving, DJs and dancing. A selection of food stalls will be provided by the street food company, KERB.

IMPORTANT! You must have a QR code ready to show at the entrance to the Launch Party.
In order to access the QR code, attendees will need to download the Eventbrite app and log in with their details.

How do I get to the venue?

The address is: HERE at Outernet, Charing Cross Rd, London, WC2H 8LH

The venue is a 20-minute walk from 22 Gordon Street.

Tottenham Court Road station is a 1-minute walk from the front doors. The next closest stations are Leicester Square station (6-minute walk), Covent Garden station (10 minutes), and Oxford Circus station (11-minute walk).

The nearest bus stops are Tottenham Court Road (Stop T) and Tottenham Court Road (Stop S) on Earnshaw Street.

I already have a ticket to the Private View, do I need to book a Launch Party ticket as well?

Yes, you will need a separate ticket and QR code for the launch party.

Can I get in without a ticket?

No. All staff, students, friends and family must book an Eventbrite ticket in advance. QR codes must be shown on shown on entry. Tickets do not guarantee entry, please arrive promptly to avoid disappointment.

How do I find my QR code?

QR codes can be accessed via the Eventbrite app. Alternatively, you can download and print a physical ticket by logging on to the Eventbrite website.

Are there any age restrictions?

This is an 18+ event. ID will be checked on the door.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, there is a cloakroom, but the venue cannot store large luggage. Bag size restriction: 40x20x25cm. All items are left in the cloakroom at your own risk.
