About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Our social events over the summer holidays let you and other members connect in informal and friendly settings.

What’s the format and what will you be doing at Beamish?

It’s an easy-going social event, with a guided walk around the museum and refreshments halfway. The total walk is around three and half miles.

It's fully accessible but if you want a break, you can always take the tram or the bus. If you have any special requirements, let the Chamber team know when you register.

Why should I attend?

Expand your network, meet new contacts in a super informal, friendly setting. Chamber events focus on building long-term connections and growing your business network - not just selling.

Here are a few key benefits of attending.

  • Expand your network, connect with potential clients, collaborators and friends.
  • Gain insights and ideas from other Chamber members.
  • Boost your visibility and build connections for the future.

Who will I meet?

You’ll meet a diverse mix of local professionals across various sectors. Don’t miss out on this engaging networking event - come prepared to mix, mingle, and make connections that could take your business to the next level.

What do I wear to a Chamber event: Your comfort is key. Remember you'll be walking so wear sensible shoes!

Behaviour and conduct: our events create an inclusive space for individuals and organisations to meet, where we expect all our attendees to behave with courtesy and respect, to both each other and Chamber colleagues.
