What type of Cacao will be supplied?

We use organic, ceremonial grade cacao which is pure cacao bean paste. We use the Criollo variety as it provides a higher concentration of health-restoring and consciousness-altering compounds such as theobromine, serotonin, tryptophan and more.

What music will be played?

Our DJs will play a variety of genres such as electronic, jungle, reggae, afrobeats, dub, funk and dance.

Can you drink alcohol or smoke?

Alcohol and tobacco are not permitted at the Salisbury Centre. The inviting atmosphere there means you don't need it anyway!

What age is this event for?

All ages! Families, couples, singles etc. We expect to see a mix of kids, young adults and older adults.

Do I need to bring anything?

You're welcome to bring a blanket and pillow for the meditation but this is not compulsory. Instruments, art supplies and poetry are welcome too!

When should I arrive?

You can arrive between 4 and 5.30. For the cacao ceremony, meditation, soundbath and yoga please arrive at 4pm sharp!
