What if I can’t attend? Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after this time, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let me know in advance if this happens!

What should I bring to the soundbath?

Accepted Answer

You should bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or any other comfort items you like (such as cushions or eye masks) to ensure you're warm and relaxed during the session. Many people like to bring sleeping bags to stay cozy during the session. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Is the venue accessible for people with special needs?

Yes! Wootton Village Hall is fully accessible for people with special needs, and there is plenty of parking available close to the venue. If you have specific requirements, please feel free to contact me in advance so I can assist

Question 4

What is the difference between general admission and the premium comfort package?

Accepted Answer

General admission (£15) allows you to bring your own comfort items such as a mat, pillows, and blankets. The premium comfort package (£25) includes a pre-set mattress, bolster, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort, and these spots are positioned in the front row closest to the instruments.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the event begins at 7:00 PM so you have time to set up your space and settle in. This ensures we can start on time and you can fully relax.

This sound bath is designed for adults and is most suitable for those aged 16 and older. If you have specific questions about younger attendees, please get in touch with me.

Do I need any prior experience with sound therapy or meditation?

Not at all! This sound bath is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re new to sound therapy or have attended sessions before, the experience is designed to relax and rejuvenate anyone.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that will keep you warm while lying down. Many people like to bring an extra layer, such as a sweater or socks, to stay cozy during the session.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves from instruments such as crystal bowls, monochords, and other soothing instruments. These sounds are designed to help your body and mind relax deeply, promoting a sense of peace, calm, and well-being.

Are there any side effects?

Most people find sound baths to be deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. However, as with any meditative or therapeutic practice, a few people may feel slightly disoriented or emotional afterward due to the release of tension or emotional blockages. These feelings are part of the healing process.
