Join us at Prime Wellness Studio for a 90 minute Yoga Workshop to celebrate the longest day of the year with feel good yoga practices, Sun salutations, and restorative mindful practice.
Uplifting tea on arrival (caffeine free)
Yoga flow to release feel-good serotonin and endorphins.
Restorative yoga for deep stretching to regulate the nervous system.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund is available for cancellations for that 48 hours before the Workshop, minus £2.50 fee paid to cover Eventbrite's fees.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there's free on street parking outside.

Can I bring children?

I'm afraid this session wouldn't be suitable for younger children but do get in contact about booking for mature teenagers.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

I'm afraid that our studio is on the first floor of a building with only stairs for access.
