Join us at Lochshore Park where you will learn how to identify the different types of broadleaf trees that call Scotland home. There will be an indoor presentation covering common species and key terms/characteristics, then a practical session in the afternoon to experience identifying trees.

This workshop is aimed at complete beginners, so don't worry if you're completely new to identifying trees.

For ages 18+

What to bring - Notebook, pen, smartphone, drink and snack (all optional).

What to wear - Please check the weather, we will be outside and in woodlands so please wear appropriate clothing and shoes

Where to meet - Parking is available at Lochshore. We will be in the community room on the right as you enter the building.

There will also be a Winter Tree ID workshop on Friday 5th December which would be a nice addition to the knowledge gained from this event. Click here for more info.
