This class is designed to settle your nervous system and prepare your body for a peaceful night's sleep.
Yin Yoga is a still, passive, floor-based practice where postures are held between 2-5 minutes. You will need props to support the body and enable you to be comfortable and warm throughout. A yoga bolster, plenty of blocks, a strap, and a blanket would be great - or anything equivalent that you have at home.
