About the Trek

Experience the breathtaking and rugged landscapes of the Lake District as you ascend Scafell Pike. While we'll support each other every step of the way, participants should be prepared for a strenuous climb over varied mountain terrain.

Regarding Heatlh: Scafell Pike is a demanding trek. Participants with any health conditions are strongly encouraged to seek medical advice before registering and participating. Ensure you are physically prepared for a challenging mountain environment.
Risk Disclaimer: All participants will engage in this trek at their own risk. It's essential that you are prepared for varying and unpredictable mountain weather conditions, including rain, wind, and cold, even in summer.
Essential Gear: You will need appropriate hiking gear, including sturdy waterproof boots, layered clothing, waterproofs (jacket and trousers), a hat, gloves, sufficient water, high-energy snacks, and a headtorch. A comprehensive kit list will be provided upon registration.
Snacks and Lunch: This will be a long and energy-consuming trek. You will need to bring your own adequate supply of high-energy snacks and a packed lunch. Please plan your food carefully to sustain you throughout the day.

Transportation

We will provide return transport from our Whitechapel HRF London office directly to the Scafell Pike trekking starting point, ensuring you can focus on the challenge ahead without worrying about travel logistics.
