With hundreds of wellness workshops and activities for all the family, Sun and Moon is packed full of things to do. It's all about participation, rather than watching things - although we do also have some wonderful live music performances!
Sun and Moon is also all about the tribe - being part of the family. There are so many opportunities for connection and community here. From doing workshops that challenge us to grow and stretch our limits, to eating together, or just relaxing together - you will always find a welcoming smile whichever way you turn
Families are so important to us. We have so much to do here for the younger people in the tribe, and our children are consistently the ones who insist on coming back year after year. They make so many friends, and have so many healthy, outdoor and engaging activities to take part in - they won't let you skip this week ever again!
Sun and Moon is often described by our guests as the "best week of the year" and we know that for many it has truly been a life changing experience. Some of the workshops are powerful - breathwork, family constellations, shamanic journeying, ecstatic dance - these are just some examples of the amazing workshops we have each year. The sound journeys you will experience at Sun and Moon are on a whole new level. There is top notch yoga and pilates taught, with specific workshops often focussing on specific themes.
