A short group meditation to set intentions and be welcomed in to the space

9:15 AM - 10:00 AM

Morning Meditation

Starting with a sound bath with gongs and singing bowls. Followed by a guided meditation with gentle stretching and movement to get you grounded and into the present.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Community Dance Games

A variety of movement based games to get you warmed up!

11:00 AM - 11:45 AM

Freestyle Dance

Dance to your hearts content! DJ at full swing, introductions to a variety of styles with plenty of space to do your own thing!

11:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Closing Ceremony

Gentle stretching and an opportunity to say what's in your heart to the community.

After Tea Party

An open invitation to join us for a cuppa round the corner to cement those connections at the Lollipop Cafe Garden.
