Robin Shohet’s Creative Uses of Supervision Residential based at Mare Blu in Cefalù, Sicily offers an extraordinary opportunity for delegates to get up close and personal to one of the ground-breaking figures within the world of supervision.

The residential draws on learning from psychology, psychotherapy, group dynamics, inter-subjectivity appreciative inquiry and systems thinking. The approach is a map or a way of looking at therapeutic process and has been found to be uniquely effective for clinical supervision.

The schedule is as follows.

Arrival Tuesday 2nd October

Sessions from Wed 3rd to Sat 6th (inclusive) each day will follow the same pattern:

9am – 12-30 First Creative Supervision Session of the day

Free time between 12-30 & 5-30pm

5-30pm to 6-00pm Antipasti on the terrace as the group reforms and ‘lands’

6pm to 7-30pm Second Creative Session featuring psychodrama, role plays, story-telling and the development & practice of making ‘wild interventions’

Please be aware that the course and accommodation fee also includes breakfast and early evening antipasti but flights, transport and other meals are not included. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the surrounding area and resort of Cefalù, with its sandy beach and picturesque historic town, during the afternoon and evening breaks .
