What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event

Accepted Answer

There is free parking on site for those coming in there own car or campervan.
Public transport is available from Gloucester  where there is also a Train station. The local bus  which run every hour or so takes you to Chaxhill which is a short walk to the campsite.

Question 2

What do I need to bring into the event?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket, plus anything else you need to be comfortable in the workshops.
Meals are provided and there is a chai shop to buy snacks and drinks, but please bring anything else you may need or want for any specific dietary requirements.
This is a drug and alcohol free event

Can I bring my Dog

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we do not allow dogs on site unless they are guide dogs or registered emotional support dogs. If you do need to bring one of these, then we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can inform our gate staff that you are coming.

Do I need to pay extra for my campervan or caravan?

Accepted Answer

Campervans and Caravans are included in the ticket price, but if you have an unusually large vehicle please do get in touch so we are aware that you will need extra space to park.

Question 6

Is there any electric hook ups?

Accepted Answer

We use solar as much as possible so have limited  power on site, we do not have electrical hook ups.  There is phone charging facilities for a donation and if you need electric for any special devices/mobility scooter that need to be recharged please do get in touch before you book.

Question 7

Are there any options for Glamping

Accepted Answer

Yes we do have several Tents available for hire, these are 4m Bell tents and can be hired with or without beds and bedding via the ticket booking page.

Question 8

I have special dietary requirements what should I do.

Accepted Answer

All our food is prepared on site. It is all vegetarian and a lot is also Vegan. We will alway have a gluten free option as well.  If you have any special requirements/ allergies please can  you  get in touch and we will try and accommodate you.

Is it suitable for families

Accepted Answer

Sundara is extremely suitable for families, with loads of activities for younger children, tweens and teens. There is also a lot that the whole family can  do together.

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

a. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms, you will not be able to cancel an Order after it has been accepted by Us, nor are you entitled to a refund for any tickets purchased by you, even if you are unable to attend the event.  full terms available on our event description.
