CHURCH SERVICES & WEEKLY MEETINGS: Guidance for Use

If you or a or member of your household have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been asked to isolate please stay at home and enjoy our online service.

To reduce the spread of infection of Covid-19 everyone has a personal responsibility to comply with the arrangements in place during this meeting.

Everyone in attendance must note:

• We would ask that you wear a mask if you are not participating in the service and behind a screen or if you have an underlining medical condition that prevents you from doing so.

• The wearing of masks for children under 13 is at parent/guardian discretion

• No handshaking or hugging is permitted.

• Observe social distancing requirements of 2m.

• Do not interfere with the seating plan for this room. If there is a problem with your seat or location please speak to the pastor or one of the leadership team.

• Use the hand sanitiser provided throughout the building.

• The toilets can be used but we recommend you wipe down any services before and after use.

• Use your own stationery and consumables (e.g. pens, notepads etc.) and take them with you when you leave.

• Notify the pastor or one of the leadership team if you feel unwell during the meeting so that arrangements can be made for your safe exit and necessary adjustments for the rest of the group.

• Please do NOT touch any equipment within the hall/room

• Remember to clean and sanitise your hands after the meeting.

• When leaving the meeting please proceed to the designated exit as quickly as possible and avoid gathering either inside the building or at the exit itself.
