Hey there! Join us for a relaxing day at CV7 8AG on September 21, 2025 at 8:00 AM (Europe/London time). Get ready to unwind, connect with nature, and recharge your batteries. This retreat is all about self-care and rejuvenation with some sweaty workouts involved.

Please arrive just before 8AM , as we will be starting circuits class @ 8AM.

Feel free to bring swimwear and a towel for hot tub use and also a change of comfy clothes with you, as well as a refillable water bottle.
