Sunday Acoustic Sessions @ Off The Cuff
Join us on Sunday 2nd of November for a special acoustic show at Off The Cuff. Kicking off at 4 pm, we have a full evening of acoustic entertainment for you. OTC is a live music bar in the heart of Herne Hill, offering an array of events throughout the week. OTC was the Winner of ‘Best Bars’ in Time Out’s Love London Awards 2015. Proudly independent, we will be hosting five different acoustic acts from London and beyond.
Tickets are £6 Adv & £8 OTD. Please book in advance to support both independent musicians & the venue.
Charlie Smith
My name might be common, but my style is alternative. I'm Charlie Smith a raw, honest, singer-songwriter from Hampshire, UK. I host and perform at my own shows at venues such as the Railway Inn, The Attic, and Crosfield Hall. In October 2023, I embarked on my first solo tour of northern England, performing in Leicester, Leeds, Liverpool, and Stockton. My most recent 'DIY Tour 24' was built around showcasing local musicians and took me along the south of England (Brighton, Portsmouth, London, and Southampton). The 3-track single 'God Doesn't Hate You' Recorded on a Zoom R8 is my first release of 2025 marking an adventure back into lo-fi recording. Using nothing but a portable recorder, its microphones & effects, proved a welcome challenge. What the three tracks lack in polish, they make up for with creativity. It proves that even with limited studio equipment, you can make music.
The Bad Ragas
The Bad Ragas began in Zürich’s rock scene, where their energetic live shows carried them to the Swiss finals of the Emergenza competition. Now based in the UK, they’ve evolved into a stripped-back but dynamic trio. Andy (vocals, guitar), Sarah (vocals, baritone ukulele), and Ray (violin) craft a sound that’s soulful, gritty, and full of surprise — weaving originals like ‘Reload’ with inventive covers that reshape familiar songs in unexpected ways. After festival appearances in 2024 and 2025, The Bad Ragas bring their adventurous acoustic spirit to London’s Acoustic Sessions.
Cat Elliot
“An Indie / Contemporary Folk artist with a unique voice and sound, an observing eye and an inclination to word smithery.”
Cat enjoys creating lyrical, melodic indie folk/pop, often with a dramatic twist. She’s a passionate performer, recording artist, classical composer, nomad and overall a bit of a character. Whether you are here by fortuitous accident or slick design, flit around and enjoy your time.
Darren mason
Is a genre-defying musician with a passion for performance, songwriting, and improvisation. Over the years, I’ve performed across a wide range of styles, always driven by curiosity and the joy of creating music. Alongside performing, I’ve worked as a teacher and lecturer, helping others discover their own voice through music.
Danny Manic
Danny Manic is an acoustic indie artist who blends raw honesty with heartfelt storytelling. His songs explore themes of anxiety, resilience, and love — creating a space where music heals, inspires, and makes the world a little brighter.
