Event Details

Date, time, and Venue are now set.

The Sunday Assembly is a godless congregation that meets to hear great talks, sing songs and generally celebrate the wonder of life. It’s a service for anyone who wants to live better, help often and wonder more.

It started in London in January 2013 and it is now becoming a movement. There are now Assemblies in Exeter, Melbourne, New York and Bristol, with Southend and Brighton starting soon.

Our aim is to start a Glasgow Assembly. The aim is for Glasgow to be one of the Assembles launched during the 40 Dates and 40 Nights roadshow that will start during October and run through until December. To make this happen we need to get as many people to sign up to this event as possible.  So pleace share on Facebook, Twitter, and even GooglePlus!

The reality is you don’t have to have a religion in order to get together as a community to try to live better, help often and wonder more.

Republic Scotland

About Republic Scotland.
Republic Scotland is a devolved regional campaign team of Republic.
Republic is a membership-based pressure group campaigning for the abolition of the monarchy and
its replacement with a directly elected head of state.
We represent all Britain's republicans, bringing the case for a republic to a wider audience while
scrutinising the actions of the royal household. We are strictly non-party political and have the
support of over 30,000 republicans.
We are a democratic organisation, led by our members and underpinned by a set of core principles.
We are an inclusive movement, with members and supporters from across the political spectrum
and from a diverse range of backgrounds.
