About this event
Join us for our latest instalment of our Sunday Brunch club. This time we are teaming up with the amazing chefs at Allotment Vegan as they supply us with specially made vegan cheeses to pair with some of the best sour beers from the Suffolk based masters of mixferm – Little Earth Project.
We will be supplying you all with 3 cheeses specially designed by Allotment head chef Adam Leavy to be paired with 3 carefully selected Little Earth Project beers.
We here at Beatnikz have long admired both the food and the drinks from Allotment and Little Earth Project, so whether you are vegan or not, a cheese lover, or love amazing mixferm beers we think that you will love this pairing treat we have for you!

Pistachio Feta (nuts)
Paired with: 1773 Heritage Brown Porter
Pre-Industrial inspired porter. Lighter than modern day porters, with the natural sour finish that one might liken to an Oud Bruin style.

Paired with: Lemon & Rosemary Saision
Aged saison with late additions of fresh rosemary & lemon slices. A super refreshing one for the summer months.

Paired with: Organic Cocoa Nib Sour
Dark sour aged with organic cocoa beans. Tart up front, rounding off with a chocolate finish.
