About this event
Tickets are available for a donation as we want to be as inclusive as possible, pay what you can afford.
Suggested donation for the ticket is £15 under 18's go free.
A day ticket will give you entrance to every event on the day. Some events have limited spaces and need to be booked, others will be on a first come first serve basis. Please check each event you would like to attend and check if it requires advance booking.

"Digital Detox"
Workshop with Marksteen Adamson
In an age where social media, online gaming and constant screen time has taken over our lives, it is time to find authentic practical solutions to bring us back to reality, closer to each other, with more meaningful connections. If your a parent with young kids or teenagers, struggling to find the balance or you just find yourself addicted to your screen more than you want to be, this talk is full of creative and inspiring solutions and deep insight that is useful, fun and practical.

"The Science of Happiness"
Talk with Emily Young a University Lecturer, Health and Wellbeing Researcher
The Science of Happiness (positive psychology) functions constructively in helping us get more of what we want to make ourselves better, happier people. Join Emily Young as she leads an open discussion, guiding us though some easy to use daily habits that promote acceptance, contentment and happiness.

"Meditation Workshop"
Introduction to Meditation Workshop with Steve Tatlow
Meditation is very simple to describe but difficult to do. Luckily, the rewards of meditation come long before its mastery. Through learning the basics of both mindfulness and loving kindness meditation as well as the supporting science, we will explore how to live a life of less unnecessary suffering.

"Positive Body Image for Teens"
Workshop with Emily Andrew a Pilates teacher, Eating Disorder and Mental Health speaker
It’s well documented that young people in the western world are struggling more and more with mental health issues and poor body image. This workshop breaks through some of the biggest barriers when it comes to body image and explores the power of learning to accept and love the skin that you're in.
3.15 pm – 4.00 pm
"Family Yoga"
Workshop with Dana Norbury-Keddeman
Join Dana (of The Little Yogi) to practice yoga in a fun and gentle way with your children. Explore the benefits of yoga postures and learn how to cultivate a sense of wellbeing in your everyday life through meditation and relaxation. You will be guided through breathing exercises and yoga poses together as a family, which can make you and your child feel brighter, calmer and uplifted. Open to all family members +4 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
