Event description
Come and join us for Sunday Gathered Worship in the Kerr Hall at St Andrew's, Bangor. Everyone is very welcome as we worship God together!

About this Event

Hello! We hope and pray you are keeping well!

We're looking forward to gathering together in the Kerr Hall this Sunday at 11am, to praise and worship God together. Please take a moment to read the information below, that will help you to prepare for Gathered Worship this Sunday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Please register for each week you wish to attend Gathered Worship. Registration is from 9am on Monday to 9pm on Thursday, each week.

- If you're planning to come as a family, please make sure you include the number of children and young people in your group, so that we can provide adequate seating for everyone.

- Gathered worship will start at 11am. Please arrive at the Kerr Hall in good time, so that you can take your seats before the service begins. Our Livestream, for those watching online, will begin as usual at 11am. You can view this on the St Andrew's Facebook page: www.facebook.com/StAndrewsBangor and a recording of the service will be posted on the St Andrew's YouTube Channel later in the afternoon each Sunday: www.youtube.com/c/StAndrewsPresbyterianChurch

- We will have Family Activity Packs for children , and journals will be available for teenagers. There will be a Break Out Room upstairs in the Kerr Hall, if you have young children and need to help them in any way. There will also be a specific part of the service for children, including a talk and song, for our young people (and grown ups!) to enjoy together.

- Please bring your own Bible to Gathered Worship. If you don't have one, let us know and we will help you with this (contact Mark on 07736 769 744 or minister@standrewsbangor.org.uk)

- We encourage everyone to remain 2 metres apart. Hand sanitisation measures will be in place. The Welcome Team will guide you to your seats. We strongly encourage you to wear your own face covering to the service. A small supply of face coverings will be available if you have forgotten yours (Note: children under the age of 13, or those suffering from an underlying health condition do not have to wear a face covering).

- The length of the Worship Gathering will be shorter than before, and we hope to be finished by 12noon at the latest.

- The Welcome Team will guide you on how to safely leave the building after the Worship Gathering has come to an end.

- Further guidance will be shared when the service begins.

- We appreciate that, for a season, this is not Gathered Worship as we know it. However, these measures are needed to keep one another as safe as possible, while enabling us to worship God and encourage each other as meaningfully as possible. While the practicalities of the service will be a topic of discussion, make sure you come with a heart prepared to praise and worship God, and as you leave at the end of the service, consider these 2 questions:

1. What has God been saying to me today?

2. What am I going to do about it?
