Nina has been holding Gong baths in this boutique studio for over 3 years, as well as working with many corporate companies and private sessions.
Gong Baths have become an important part of our lives, due to our over stimulated lives, the increased levels of stress, overactive minds and difficulty in "switching off"
They are a simple but effective way of slowing down the sympathetic nervous system ( our fight or flight response) and raising the parasympathetic nervous system ( the relaxation and meditative states)
The frequencies and vibrations of the Gongs instantly slow down our brain waves allowing us to access a stillness and peace.
Gong baths are for everyone, no experience of any other practises is required, simply lie down close your eyes and allow the sounds of these ancient instruments to flow through you.
