SOUND BATH LEWES

Join us for an immersive and rejuvenating sound bath experience in the heart of Lewes. Embark on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation! ! Booking is essential.

Let the soothing sounds wash over you, as you relax and unwind in a tranquil setting.

Date: First Sunday of every month

Time: 10 -11am

Price is £17 for an hour including a warming steam eye mask. I reserve 2 places on each session for those in need who can't afford the full price - job seekers, carers, those who may not be able to afford a ticket.

Location: The open Door 32 High Street, Lewes, BN7 2LU

During this in-person event, you will be guided through a meditative journey, enveloped in the harmonious vibrations of various instruments. Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic sound tools.

As you lay comfortably on a mat or sit in a chair, allow the sounds to penetrate deep within, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace. Feel the vibrations resonate through your body, releasing tension and restoring balance.

No prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to let go. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any personal items that will enhance your comfort, such as a blanket or cushion.Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and treat yourself to this unique sound bath experience.

Events At Hema Sounds I use instrumental and natural sounds therapeutically to offer relief from stress and pain, to kickstart self-healing or to provide the opportunity to be kind to yourself and enjoy a well-being treat.

I work with all ages and ability and provide individual, couples, families and group sound therapy experiences. The first weekend of the month I offer several group sound baths at the Open Door Health and Wellbeing Centre in Lewes but throughout the month I also have clients visit my studio in Lewes. I also run Women's sound circles. Events of all kinds are considered and I offer sound baths for team-building days and workplace wellbeing days in all sorts of different settings such as businesses, the NHS and schools.
