SUNDAY MORNING (HIIT) BOOTCAMP (45 MINUTES)
This is a boot camp that is for all fitness levels, We mainly use body weight exercises throughout this session. If you are training for an event or just want to generally increase your fitness levels, or it may be you have a personal goal such as weight loss or inch reduction, if this is the case then this bootcamp is for you. There is never any pressure to complete a task and full support will be given at all times.
You will need to fill in a PARQ form prior to doing the Boot Camp.
There is no age limit, all I ask is that under ( 16s ) are accompanied with a adult.
