Our community is truly important to us and we’ve missed you. Although we are unable to practice together in person we are so excited to reintroduce our Sunday Morning Sweat classes via ZOOM this season.
This 5-week series are lead by KOTWF. Be ready to try a new class and a new instructor each Sunday!

KOTWF love racing, competing and maximizing our potential, they strive to always push their clients to reach places they didn't think possible, whilst educating and helping them gain a better awareness and knowledge of themselves throughout.

About the class
Instructor: India Lee
Style: Endurance Sport Strength & Activation session and Q&A with professional triathlete, getting into swim, bike, run and triathlon. She can answer any questions about goal setting, what she learnt last year etc
Aim: Encourage new people into endurance sports, help give people some goals and targets to work on, new strategies to help you keep
To sign up please RSVP to this Eventbrite and log into zoom with the meeting ID and password. Zoom details will be emailed out around 9:50AM on Sunday, just before the class. This complimentary ticket allows you to sign our waiver and guarantee your place.
Note: you can sign up UP TO 30 MINS before the class starts.
You need to download the app (Phone or Desktop options) and create a Zoom account in advance (free) - if you don't have it yet.
Log in at 9:50am and please put yourself on MUTE to avoid background noises. Some instructors will have playlists for their class. These will be made available in the zoom chat function 5 minutes before the class starts. Class starts at 10:00am - we are so looking forward to seeing you again.
