Sunday Morning Yoga 9:30am

Hatha Yoga translates as "Ha" & "Tha" meaning sun and moon. Most likely it is the style of Yoga you will have experienced in a general Yoga class, but the aim is to balance the opposing energies: sun & moon, masculine & feminine, and to bring harmony to the different energy channels in the body. We will work through flows and postures which can be adjusted to all abilities. Yoga is about cultivating internal flexibility and strength, as much as it is the external postues. This class is donation based either by cash or Paypal donation. Do let me know if you have any questions or worries, and please bring a mat if you have one.
