Anyone who finds themselves stressed and overwhelmed on a Sunday night. Those of us who struggle to either get to or stay asleep.

8pm, Sunday 27 July 2025 from the comfort of your own home, via Zoom.

£10 per person.

What do I need?

Accepted Answer

Laptop, iPad or phone with Internet connection and access to Zoom. You’ll need to be able to see, and more importantly, hear me throughout the Sunday Night Reset. You'll also need to have a notebook and pen handy to write down your chosen action.

Question 5

Where should I do this from?

Accepted Answer

Find yourself a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and you can relax safely. Ideally, an armchair, sofa or bed. I also recommend comfortable clothing and maybe a blanket to get cosy. This is your Sunday Night Reset, so PJs are entirely acceptable!

Question 6

Do I need to keep my camera on? Do I need to speak?

Accepted Answer

No, you don’t need to have the camera on if you’d feel more comfortable with it turned off. If you’d rather stay silent and just watch the Sunday Night Reset then that’s fine. This session is all about relaxation. I won’t ask you to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.
