The Polo season runs every Sunday May-September

If driving, take the A307 (Petersham Rd) from Richmond or Kingston; the entrance is opposite the Fox & Duck Pub, follow Club signage, taking road to left of the gatehouse. For public transport, take the South Western Railway or District Line to Richmond Station, then bus 65/371 to Sandpits Road.

Gates open at 11:00 AM, and polo matches begin around 12:00–12:30 PM. We recommend arriving before noon to avoid waiting at the gate, as entry is only permitted between chukkas due to safety.

Absolutely! Feel free to bring whatever you'd like. We just ask that you clean up after yourself and ensure no litter is left behind. Thanks for helping us keep the venue beautiful!

We kindly ask guests to follow a smart dress code to match the elegance of the event. Think classic, chic, timeless and polo-appropriate attire. Be sure to wear a good pair of shoes—flat-soled shoes, wedges, or stylish loafers are ideal—as you'll have the chance to stomp the divots between chukkas!

In the event of inclement weather, we will monitor conditions closely. If heavy rain impacts the event, we will notify all ticket holders in advance with the option to reschedule or transfer tickets to another date. Light rain typically won’t stop the fun, so we recommend dressing accordingly.

Parking is included in your ticket and we encourage you to car pool to make the most of the side-line! If you have any questions regarding parking please contact us.

For picnicking, a Local Resident is a one who lives in the post codes: TW1, TW9, W10, TW11, KT1, KT2.

Yes and no. If you wish to dine you do, but you are also welcome to just hangout and enjoy the bar. All reservations must be made by the Thursday prior.
