Introduction to Qi Gong:
Qi Gong is an ancient Art originating in China. Qi Gong is the cultivation of qi (Energy). Qi Gong means energy work. It is a gentle and flowing moving meditation suitable for all abilities. It is a slow, low impact exercise.It helps manage stress, calms the mind, increases energy levels and assists with balance and coordination. It helps to ground and root in the body. Practising qi gong creates a feeling of inner calm and enables you to feel more centred.
Sessions are relaxed and informal, at a pace that is suitable for all.
