🕒 Schedule
1:30pm – Meet & Greet
Arrive anytime from 1:30 to settle in, grab a coffee or tea, enjoy some cake, and connect with the teachers and others attending.
2:00pm – Pilates Sculpt Class (1 hour)
Led by Alice Harper (@libra_pilates_sculpt)This dynamic session is open to all levels (beginners welcome), with options and modifications offered throughout. You’ll be guided through a thoughtful, progressive flow rooted in Pilates principles, enhanced by contemporary strength and resistance-based movements for a full-body align & sculpt. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you'll build strength, stability, and confidence at your own pace. Expect a blend of postural awareness, core control, and energising low impact resistance work—helping you build strength, stability, and tone, all while staying connected to your breath and body.
3:00pm – Break
Refresh, grab a drink, and relax before the second half of the session.
3:30pm – Sound Bath Meditation (1 hour)
Led by Carly Seller (@carlyseller)Carly Seller is a somatic and sound healing practitioner who creates immersive, meditative experiences using sound, energy, and creative practice. In this session, she’ll guide you into a deeply restful state through the gentle vibrations of singing bowls, sun gong, and therapeutic percussion. This is a space for stillness and inner reflection, supporting your body’s natural ability to rest, restore, and rebalance. No experience needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to unwind.
4:15pm – Chill, Photos & Close
Stick around for some relaxed downtime and optional photos.
