Sunday Morning Reset: Yoga, Journaling & Meditation Workshop With Emma & Lisa
Join us for a gentle, soul-soothing Sunday morning designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect. This workshop is all about slowing down, tuning in, and making space for yourself — especially during a time of year when routines can shift and self-care can easily take a backseat.
What to Expect:
Yoga - Emma will guide you through a series of asanas (postures), and pranayama (breathing exercises) aimed at enhancing your flexibility, building strength, and helping you gain clarity and focus, nurturing your mind, body, and spirit through a beautiful hour of yoga. The session is for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Connection & Refreshments – Enjoy time to chat, reflect, or simply be — with a warm drink and a selection of pastries in a welcoming, supportive space.
Journaling - Lisa will guide you through a reflective journaling session to help you explore how you're feeling, what you need more of, and how to gently realign with your intentions.
Guided Meditation – We’ll finish with a calming meditation to help you ground, reset, and carry a sense of peace into the week ahead.
