What do I need to bring?

Wear loose and comfortable clothing - footwear and waterproofs to embrace the elements and nature-filled field. Bottle of Water. Layers. Extra items to make you feel more comfortable - blankets/pillow/thick socks. An open mind and heart. Please try to refrain from eating an hour beforehand.

What will be provided?

Padded Yoga Mats. Bolsters. Eye Pillows. Blankets and extra available. Herbal Tea. Various Snacks. Various seating around the venue. Bell tent for the therapies. A heart-centred space to offer a peaceful and nurturing space.

Question 3

I have a nut allergy. Will the snacks and environment be able to accommodate?

We will be offering various snacks including fresh fruit. Please note we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment due to shared spaces and ingredients. If you have allergies, we recommend bringing your own snacks for peace of mind.

Question 4

Can I leave earlier if I need to?

We lovingly encourage you to stay for the full journey, as each part is designed to support your experience and the shared retreat space. We understand that sometimes life calls, there would be an option to leave after the final therapy session at 5.30pm.

Is there parking?

Parking is free and at the venue. Directions will be communicated nearer the time.

Question 6

I have mobility limitations, is the venue easy to access?

Our retreat is in a rural, nature-filled setting with gravel paths and uneven ground, which may pose challenges for some mobility needs. We’re happy to discuss individual requirements—please get in touch so we can support you as best we can.

Can I cancel my booking and obtain a refund?

Accepted Answer

Any cancellations made up to 7 days before the event date will get a full refund minus Eventbrite fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

Is this retreat suitable for beginners or do I need experience?

Absolutely! This retreat is open to everyone—whether you're completely new to these therapies or have previous experience. You'll be gently guided and supported throughout. We’ve created a heart-led, nurturing space where you can explore at your own pace, connect deeply, and feel held.

What if it rains? Will the retreat still go ahead?

Yes! This is a nature-embracing retreat, and we invite you to come prepared to soak up the elements. Therapies will take place inside our cosy bell tent, and we have a weather-safe contingency in place for the fire ceremony.

What if storms are forecast? Will the retreat still go ahead?

Accepted Answer

In the event of severe weather warnings, we’ll assess the situation and contact all attendees with an update at least 24 hours before the retreat start time.
