Sunday Sessions - Run Glasgow Run with John Young
Get ready for all things run! Whether you’ve signed up for a run this year and want to learn where to start with your training, tracking, and nutrition, or you love running and want to take it to the next level these sessions are for you. Running and Triathlon Coach John Young will be joining us for our Sunday Sessions to get you set for race season! Each session will include:
• A 5km city run out and back (options for all running abilities)
• Freshly made smoothies to recover after your run
• A running seminar covering all things run
