Welcome to SUNDAY SESSIONS: Singing Circle and/or Sound Bath at St Austell Arts Centre!

Relax on a Sunday, with this calm evening of voice exploration and soothing sound waves.

Our Singing Circle will allow you to explore & connect with your unique voice, and experience the magic of singing together in harmony.

After a short tea break (with chilled background music), sink into a state of bliss during our Soundbath session, where tranquil sounds will wash over you, melting away any stress or tension. It's the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body & soul, aid sleep and prepare for the week ahead.

Please note, sound therapy is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with metal implants in the body, those with severe mental health conditions and those who have sound induced epilepsy. If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended to switch it off during in the session.
