Can I bring other people along?

Yes! This is a family-friendly event, so feel free to bring along your partner, your support network and your children.

Will refreshments be provided?

Yes - we always bring refreshments to share with those who attend! The allotment also has a kitchen we can use - Or feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks.

Join the Breastfeeding Network Birmingham for a wellbeing walk at Castle Vale Allotments and Leisure Gardens.

Meeting point: Allotment gates (see picture)

Time: 10:00am

We’ll enjoy a gentle 20–30 minute walk, finishing at the gardens and playground, where you’ll have the chance to relax, chat, and grab some refreshments.

Our friendly staff will be on hand to offer support and answer any questions you may have about feeding.
