Welcome to Sunday Steps – our FREE TO ATTEND matcha meet-up, coffee catch up, women's walk & talk now spreading its wings to Carmarthenshire, South Wales in collaboration with HOPE!
Where - Carmarthen Park.
Walk Leader - Tracey - the founder of HOPE which is a positive wellbeing group based in Carmarthenshire. We hold a range of different workshops on a monthly basis designed to build a community, build confidence and to learn new skills. We also hold regular "Chill & Chat" sessions that are designed to be a relaxing session where you can meet likeminded women and have a chat over a drink of your choice.

Walking time - Approx 60 minutes

- Through Park (Johnstown and through the “Y Morfa” or down The River)
Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday as we gather to celebrate women, connection & good coffee/matcha's. Whether you come solo, with family, friends, furry companions, or accompanied by little ones (in prams only please), you are welcome.
This gathering is FREE of charge and open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
We have two Sunday Steps happening in South Wales (1st Sunday of month is at Llyn Llech Owain & 3rd Sunday of the month is Carmarthen Park).
Together, we walk, we talk, and we uplift each other, nurturing a supportive environment where women can meet, inspire, and empower one another. Let's start our new months with intention and end the week on a high note.
