Description

This class is the ultimate movement experience. It will focus on simple and effective movements for your body to allow you to find stability, mobility, balance strength and freedom throughout. This class caters for all levels including complete beginners.

In this Sunday Sweat session we will uncover the principles of Pilates and Yoga as well as focusing on strong fundamental movements which will improve your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and your posture in a safe environment. It is a full body conditioning class that is both educational and restorative, not to mention a ball of fun! Hayley believes that no component of fitness should come at the expense of another. Mats and moves provided, please bring your own water bottle and towel.

Please meet us at 9:45am at the main doors of Brown Thomas. Doors shut at 10am sharp.
