A fairly strong vinyasa flow yoga class with a sequence of postures, including hip-openers, binds, and the option of arm balances and inversions. A Savasana to conclude the practice.

How much space do I need to do the class?

Just enough space for your mat, you don’t needs lots of room. You can mute your camera so you don’t need to worry about background noise.
