About this Event
To kick start our Wellness Week in aid of Restless Development, Sarah will teach a dynamic vinyasa flow that balances strength and pace with slow, restorative movement. Yoga, breathing, and mindfulness practices allow head space in which to gain physical, mental, and emotional stability; helping others to achieve this is one of the main reasons Sarah became a yoga teacher.
Find a quiet space, bring a matt if you have one and enjoy some time to yourself before the start of a new week!
This event is in aid of Restless Development, who work with thousands of young people across Africa and Asia to tackle unemployment, child marriage, HIV, climate change, Coronavirus and much more.
This week of events has been organised as a fundraiser over this year to raise +£50k for Restless Development, ending with climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in February 2022.
