SUP yoga / Paddleboard Yoga

Join us for a special full moon SUP yoga session at Cuckmere Haven!

Experience the soothing sounds of nature as you practice yoga on a paddleboard surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the river. Whether you're a yoga pro or a beginner, this event is suitable for all levels. Feel the gentle sway of the water beneath you as you flow through various yoga poses, finding balance and peace in this unique setting. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Enjoy a beautiful yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to end the session.

Booking ahead is essential so I know who will attend and if a slot is empty it will not be taking place. Bookings will close 6pm the day before the event is set to take place.

Is there parking on site?

Yes. There is paid parking - please see this link. https://www.sevensisters.org.uk/plan-your-visit/car-parking/ The car park opens at 7am and often gets very busy. Please message regarding potential car share options.

I don’t have a paddleboard. Can I still join?

Yes paddleboard hire is available at an extra cost. ***Please check the event you are booking on has this as an option***

I have never paddleboarded before. Can I join?

For the session it is required that you are able to paddle to and from the area where we will practice (5-10 minutes of paddling).

What if it rains?

Good weather is something we rely on for SUP yoga as we want to enjoy the warmth of the sunshine and only a gentle breeze. If the weather looks to be anything but pleasant, you will be notified and offered another date or a refund.

Can I show up on the day without a ticket?

No. This is a bookable event. The ticket sales will close at 6pm the night before. If there are no tickets sold, then the event will not take place. For private bookings please get in touch through social media. 'boardandbalance;' Thanks.
