This is the last of two workshops teaching you how to write a monologue for the stage, led by scriptwriter Molly Anne Sweeney. Don't worry if you missed the first one, just come along to the second one!

For anyone who's interested, we can send the writing tasks from the previous workshop, for you to complete at home in your own time. At the beginning of August all participants will also receive new writing prompts to their inbox, to help them generate material ahead of the workshop on in September.

In the workshop there will be an opportunity to recivie encouraging amd supportive feedback on any written material you bring in.

Whether you're a seasoned writer or just starting out, this 2-part course is designed to help you craft compelling monologues inspired by everyday life and the local environment. Learn to develop characters and what makes a monologue work on stage, not just on paper!

Come alone or bring a friend - all are welcome! Don't miss this opportunity to hone your writing skills and connect with fellow creatives. See you there!
