Event description

Description

The NI Sunfrail Local Dissemination Event will comprise of two separate sessions.

1. International Focus Knowledge Exchange Session – 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

The first session is aimed at Northern Ireland (NI) stakeholders including policy makers, healthcare managers, clinical staff, geriatricians, other healthcare professionals as well as relevant non-governmental organisations e.g. Age NI.

The purpose of this session is to give EU partners the opportunity to share with NI stakeholders their experience of the Sunfrail Tool experimentation in the different settings e.g. Hospital (Poland), Primary Care (RER-ASSR), Supported Living (Campania), Community(NI), Leisure Centres (Deusto) etc.. Information about the development of the training toolkit will also be very welcomed. It is hoped that this event will show the potential of the tool to NI stakeholders and enable them to follow the progress of the results/findings to the end of the project.

The format of this session will be a more “informal” approach i.e. using poster presentation to illustrate each EU partner approach in terms of process and outputs.

This session will end with a roundtable discussion with Q&A to help improve local stakeholders’ understanding of the Sunfrail Tool.
