Introducing the Sunnie Runners x Island Poké Lace Up Club!

MEET: 11am at Island Poké Soho, Kingly Street, W1B 5PQ

RUN: Sunnie Runners head off on a social 7km loop around Hyde Park

APRÉS: Join us for a post-run recovery poké bowls from Island Poké.

WHY 7K?

5km is the most popular race distance in the world. It's also the milestone every newbie runner aims for. We want to create a community where you feel comfortable to challenge yourself, which is why our run is a little further that your typical run club.

If you're a total newbie, please don't be put off. Think of this run as a 2km warm up, a 3km run, and a 2km cool down. We'll be there to guide you, push and pull back whenever you need us to. We run two speed groups so those who want to push can, and those who prefer to take it slower are welcome to. If you need to walk at any point - we promise you won't be left behind. While we welcome beginners, we reccomend you're comfortable running at least 4km before joining us.

I DON'T HAVE A TICKET, CAN I LACE UP WITH YOU?

Sadly, no. We have ticketed our Lace Up Club to manage numbers so our lovely friends at Island Poké don't get overwhelmed with orders.
