**IMPORTANT TICKET INFO READ HERE FIRST**

Due to the pandemic and the vaccine rollout in the UK, we have had to postpone SunnyCon once again. This is our last delay as the pandemic will be over and we will be safe once again to run our event as planned. ALL tickets for 2020 and 2021 will be moved and be valid for SunnyCon 2022

 

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Sunny Expo has no age limit. 12's and under tickets are free on the condition the child is accompanied by a paying adult (max 3 under 12's per 1 paying adult). There will be sections of the event marked as 18+ and will require ID. After parties are 16+, however, the purchase of alcohol will require ID. There is also free carer passes, all you need is to email proof of being a carer and who you will be caring for (|they must have already purchased their ticket) then we can email you your ticket. 

How accessible is SunnyCon?

SunnyCon Anime Expo strives to make the event as accessible as possible. The stadium is set out with all areas accessible for those with physical disabilities including lifts and facilities. Disabled parking is in and around the venue (be sure to check Parkapedia for all info and prices). We also offer break out areas for those who suffer from anxiety or just need a break from the crowds with seating areas outside on each floor. We allow service animals such as seeing-eye animals however emotional support animals are not permitted in the venue.

Do you offer carers Passes?

Sunnycon offers free tickets for all personal assistants (carers). All are entitled to free entry to help with their one to one care and tickets can be obtained by providing us with the following evidence;

- Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)

- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)

- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)

- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

- Credability's Access Card

Evidence can be sent to us via e-mail and we can send tickets out before the event. Any other forms of evidence different from those listed above may be considered on a case to case basis. 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

What's the refund policy?

There are no refunds on any tickets bought. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

All we need is a barcode to scan. Whether this is printed on paper or on your mobile all we need is the barcode.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Tickets are not transferable to future events. If you have a ticket but cannot make it, you are allowed to sell tickets on but at no more than face value. If you are found to be scalping tickets the ticket in question will be voided and you will be banned from future events.

 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Nope, you can be called whatever you like all we need is a scannable barcode.
